Huntsville AL and Madison County saw a decrease of 12% in sold listings in December 2012 when compared to November 2012. The average list price increased by 2% to $212,015 and the average sales price increased by 2% to $207,229. The average price per square foot remained consistent when compared with November 2012, and market times decreased by 6% or 5 days.
